
The West Haymarket Joint Public Agency (JPA) is a governmental agency formed by the City of Lincoln and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The agency is comprised of three members: the Mayor, a Lincoln City Council Member and a member of the University of Nebraska Board of Regents.
The main responsibility of the West Haymarket JPA is to issue bonds, collect revenue and make bond payments. They also seek to maintain transparency wherever possible throughout the West Haymarket Redevelopment Project. The JPA meets regularly to discuss various issues related to the project, and the content of these meetings are available to the public here.
