PC Sports is serving as Program Manager on the West Haymarket Redevelopment Project. PC Sports is responsible for the oversight of the entire West Haymarket Redevelopment Project.
DLR Group is serving as the architecture firm for Pinnacle Bank Arena. DLR Group is responsible for the design of Pinnacle Bank Arena and overseeing the arena’s construction process. BVH and Clark Enersen Partners are also working with DLR as part of the arena design team. BVH's primary role is the exterior of Pinnacle Bank Arena itself, and will develop the overall aesthetic feel of the building and will detail the materials to be used—including the roof. Clark Enersen Partners will be providing landscape and hardscape design as well as the design of the initial area parking garage.
Legends Sales and Marketing is serving as the marketing firm for Pinnacle Bank Arena. Legends is responsible for the sale of the arena’s naming rights, sponsorships and premium seating.

The Lincoln Haymarket Infrastructure Team (LHIT) is a joint effort comprised of seven local design firms, and serves as the leader of infrastructure and transportation planning. They're responsible for planning and overseeing the general infrastructure of West Haymarket Project including (but not limited to) parking, streets, bridges, phones, internet, sewer, and streetscapes. LHIT is comprised of Olsson Associates, Schemmer, Benesch, Clark Enersen Partners, Farris Engineering, Sinclair-Hille and Davis Design.
Mortenson Construction and Hampton Enterprises are the Construction Managers At Risk for Pinnacle Bank Arena. Mortenson | Hampton is responsible for the general construction of Pinnacle Bank Arena.
Thought District serves as marketing consultant for the West Haymarket Joint Public Agency.
The University of Nebraska-Lincoln is an anchor tenant for the new Pinnacle Bank Arena through their men's and women's basketball teams. They have agreed to a 30-year lease agreement.
WRK and Woodbury Corporation are the lead developers for the West Haymarket Redevelopment Project, and are responsible for the development of the retail, housing, restaurants, offices and hotel that are scheduled to encompass the project site.
